About Us

At Haven Longevity & Wellness, our mission is simple: to create a space where science and sanctuary come together to help you Transform, Thrive, and Transcend—right in the heart of Old Town Leesburg, Virginia.

Our Story

More than just a medical spa, Haven is a reflection of our personal journeys, professional paths, and shared passion for health, healing, and community.

The Haven story began in February 2025, when we acquired the practice from its previous owner. What followed has been a complete reimagination—an ongoing and intentional transformation into a true haven for longevity, wellness, and aesthetics. For us, this isn’t just a business. It’s personal. Before we became owners, we were clients ourselves. Sara and Amanda found empowerment through nutrition and skincare. Rob and Tom explored the restorative benefits of peptides, regenerative medicine, IV therapy, cold plunges, saunas, and veterans’ health initiatives following physically and mentally demanding careers. Haven is the natural evolution of those experiences.

We are passionate advocates for wellness—and proud to bring together a top-tier team of experienced medical professionals and aesthetic specialists who share our vision.

Our team’s clinical excellence and compassionate care are the heart of Haven, and we’re honored to support them in delivering transformative results to our clients.

We believe in the power of proactive care—body, mind, and spirit. As two families deeply rooted in this town, we understand the importance of feeling good, living well, and aging with intention. And as one of the few veteran-owned med spas in the country, we’re especially devoted to supporting the health journeys of veterans and first responders. We understand firsthand the physical and mental health struggles service members and their families face. That’s why we actively partner with organizations that serve those who serve—and why we’re proud to give back through our time, talent, and resources.

Our families live and work right here in Leesburg. We see our neighbors at the grocery store, school pickups, and First Friday celebrations. That’s why we’re so honored to serve this community—not just as business owners, but as neighbors who genuinely care about helping others feel their best.

Meet the General Manager

Sara Whitfield

General Manager and Co-Founder

Sara is a lifelong local resident. Her entrepreneurial spirit showed up early—at just eight years old, she launched her first business selling sodas and golf balls to golfers passing by her backyard on the 15th hole of the old Westpark Golf Club in Leesburg. A proud graduate of Loudoun County High School and George Mason University, Sara went on to serve 22 years at the Central Intelligence Agency before pursuing her passion for holistic wellness at Haven. Today, she enjoys time with her husband and their two beloved rescue dogs, Dolly Parton and Sneezy.
